My First Kenwood Food Processor
Woooohoooo! I have finally entered the realm of cool foodies and got myself a Kenwood food
processor. No, not one of those incredibly great ones for hundreds of Euros, just an FP 698, but I already love it to bits. I was going to use it right away for dinner tonight, but we still had a good portion of curry left over and we bought some peshwari naans at Marks & Spencer today, so dinner was pre-chosen for us. But I can't complain, the old curry rule still holds true - they really taste better reheated. But I should have made my own naan bread. As much as I like Marks & Spencer food, ready made is never quite as good as fresh. And I have a pretty good recipe for peshwari naans that I built myself from a number of different recipes that I tried (and mostly messed-up) over the years. But laziness won tonight, so we will have to live with the result. Not that I'm complaining, tonight's dinner was very nice considering that it took only 15 minutes to prepare.
